Product Manager (PropTech)

1. Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and strategic Property Tech (PropTech) Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of our real estate technology ecosystem. In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from high-level vision and roadmap execution to micro-experience design and service delivery excellence. You will bridge the gap between physical real estate operations and digital transformation, creating seamless, high-value journeys for tenants, property managers, and stakeholders.

2. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Business Model Innovation: Drive business model strategies that maximize value creation, identifying new monetization avenues and optimizing pricing or operational efficiencies.
  • Journey Transformation: Reimagine and transform the end-to-end product experience by mapping user workflows and eliminating friction points across all touchpoints.
  • UX & Micro-Experience Design: Oversee UX optimization and craft intuitive micro-experiences that elevate user engagement and satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Service Design & Delivery: Champion service design and delivery excellence, ensuring robust cross-functional collaboration between digital platforms and on-the-ground property operations.
  • Strategic Leadership: Exercise strategic impact and leadership by mentoring team members, managing stakeholder expectations, and guiding data-driven decision-making.
